Qinglan Mountain Home School Class: Where has the time gone

On New Year's Eve 2014, a song "Where did the Time Go" sang the Spring Festival Gala stage。For a moment, the song began to be sung among the crowd, and people questioned the time from the song。However, when we look at the growing children, we can't help but sigh: those who are worried by parents that they will "lose at the starting line", the "time" that should belong to their childhood life has gone?

This may be the confusion and entanglement in the minds of many parents。On November 1, the Parents School of Qinglan Mountain School was warmly opened, and Teacher Zhang Xusheng's lecture "Time Management in the transition Period of young children" opened a window for the parents present to "find time for their children"。

Mr. Zhang Xusheng is a psychology teacher at Qinglan Mountain School, teaching the "Social Emotion Course"。Mr. Zhang has rich experience in psychological education. As a special expert of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, he went to Wenchuan earthquake area to carry out psychological crisis intervention。After coming to Qinglan Mountain School, he held many lectures on psychology and child education for parents, and became a close friend of Qinglan Mountain children and parents。

In the lecture, Teacher Zhang introduced the problem of children's time management with the example of children's English learning and Chinese learning。She said...,Early childhood is the golden "time" for language development,A child's real starting line,And the best way for children to learn language during this period,It is the "infiltrating" language environment,It's a lot of language in our lives,Language is "acquired" unconsciously,And should not take up a lot of children's "time" to "inspire people" special learning。

Teacher Zhang said that the development of children has its own "time" rhythm, parents must respect and respect the law of growth, do not have "encouraging" behavior。Parents are often full of anxiety because of their children's "time" use, but also pass this anxiety to their children, so that they also become anxious, which is easy to destroy the child's learning mentality, lose the most important interest and self-confidence。

Zhang told parents that time management is a science, and they should choose their actions from the analysis of "important" and "unimportant", "urgent" and "not urgent"。For example, "important" and "urgent" periods should be done first and completed as soon as possible;"Important" and "not urgent" things to use most of the time and energy to do, and "urgent" but "not important" things to learn to avoid。

Teacher Zhang also reminded parents that when making time planning for their children, they should think of "children may not be our heirs", "they are not necessarily willing to live the life of their parents", therefore, do not force their children's time according to their own wishes, they should have their own choices。

Ms. Zhang's speech was lively and interesting, and from time to time, she triggered the laughter of parents. Her interaction with parents on the spot made the lecture have more psychological communication and wisdom exchange。Bursts of warm applause, expressing the parents' inner recognition and gratitude。
